Job Description:

Looking for the right individual to join our highly engaged remote customer service/sales support team as a Sales Customer Service Representative.

This individual will bring a friendly and professional demeanor to the team while being able to conduct general business support, such as handling inquiries from external customers (and escalating to appropriate divisions) as well as connecting with internal departments, explaining products/services and billing procedures to customers, assisting customers in completing forms and gathering/recording any information needed for the proper transaction. Schedule will be 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, depending on business need.
